Beer is made by men, wine by God.

In 2010  I contracted a virus which had been handled with dirty hands. I almost died. Those seven weeks in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) changed my life. I needed to understand what, when, why, and how we need to nurture ourselves.  Hence, I decided to commit my life to understanding how to enjoy every single day of our life through food: wine is probably one of the oldest forms to feed and pleasure ourselves.  I constantly read, research, and try to understand how we can benefit and improve our lives through food and wine.  Becoming a sommelier has only opened a small door and given me a direction which I am willing to head until I am on planet Earth,  while simultaneously sharing my knowledge and passion.

Qualifications: Sommelier Diploma at the European Sommelier School, Nutritional Consultant, Karate instructor

Spoken languages: Bilingual Italian – English
