Following a brief guest profile interview with our sommelier to learn about the guests’ preferences, the participant will be invited to choose among five different tour and tasting formats: Neapolitan Street food & wine, gourmet food & wine,,and  vineyard’s tour & wine. The food destinations and the wines will be carefully selected taking into account the participants’ tastes interests, likes and preferences previously discussed and agreed in the interview.  During the dedicated time, which may be in the morning, afternoon, or evening, for as little as two hours, half or full day, the sommelier will sit and share the experience with the guest, talk about the history, legends, secrets, curiosities, and anecdotes of the wine and food selected for the event.  Moreover, he will tune in on the clients’ level and lead the tasting, teaching wine inspection techniques, food and & wine pairing principles, and further deepen topics technically where demanded.

Also, as of November 2024, all tastings will be supported by the Exclusive Master Wine Aroma Kit Experience, enabling guests to experience white and red wine aromas and wine faults, hence completing a world-unique exclusive.
